Guidance with technique will be offered to you through out.
Though the steps on making your own hard cover sketchbook work pretty good. I would suggest you follow those, but the other Ideas I do hope you are sparked with your own ideas and add them to what you presently know.

Gel Medium
Image Transfer will be shared in this class. Here is the image of Baba a Elder Spirit from a computer laser print.
Adding Words
Slipping in some words and adding more gesso before a rubbing of acrylics are applied.
Hard Cover
For Both books in this Class we will be creating the hard cover for the long folded sketchbook inside plus a pull tab.
Example Curriculum
Accordion Sketchbook
The second sketchbook will have us creating a cover with fun collage papers which is encourage to work with the colors and some of the papers inside.
Middle Out
White folded pages call for the first layer of collage. Working with the heat from an iron collage papers can be fused on with out wet glue.
How long will it be?
It's much better to have a longer accordion sketchbook it really give the impression of many pages. This is a wonderful opportunity explore an idea.
Embellishing the Spread
So many different layers can be added at this point. Stitching stenciling, spreading, rolling on color with a sponge and stamping.

You have access to this course as long as the instructor is able to keep teaching and the school is open, unless otherwise notified on the individual courses offered. Don't let your course expire on the Shelf. Like an old can of beans in the pantry....something I do often in my house.

This course is for anyone willing to learn more about design and composition. Be it for a beginner or more advance it works well for both
Videos-Do I need high speed internet for this course?
It is suggested to view videos with high-speed internet.
Is it that important to have all the supplies on the list?
Work with what you have though there are some techniques in advance courses that work best with set materials. Work with what you have around you first before going out and spend big dollars on supplies. I do prefer Golden's Gloss Medium over other brands
